In the 96-hour period from 0700 hours on August 27 to 0700 hours on August 31, 2026, Moose Jaw Police Service responded to 248 calls for service.

 

Of these calls, the following were recorded:

  • Failures to comply with court orders: 1
  • False/other 911 calls: 2

Police also executed warrants on five individuals during this period.

Occurrences of Public Interest

The following is being released in the interest of public awareness:

MVA INJURY – On Friday August 28 2026, at approximately 9:09 a.m., police responded to a collision on River St W in which a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle. One ticket was issued and the pedestrian was transported to hospital by EMS.

Police also attended various calls for service, including concerns pertaining to vehicles, concerns regarding individual’s mental health and/or addictions, minor thefts, and general assistance calls.
