In the 72-hour period from 0700 hours on August 4 to 0700 hours on August 7, 2026, Moose Jaw Police Service responded to 184 calls for service.

 

Of these calls, the following were recorded:

  • Failures to comply with court orders: 4
  • False/other 911 calls: 4

 

Police also executed warrants on 3 individuals during this period.

Occurrences of Public Interest

The following is being released in the interest of public awareness:

DRIVING – IMPAIRED – on August 5th at approximately 8:34 p.m., police responded to reports that a vehicle had collided with a residence and attempted to flee from the scene. One individual was arrested and charged with impaired driving and refusal to comply with a demand.

Police also attended various calls for service, including concerns pertaining to vehicles, concerns regarding individual’s mental health and/or addictions, minor thefts, and general assistance calls.
