1318 Hours – Parking Bylaw – A vehicle was reportedly parked on the street for several weeks. Police will follow up with the registered owner.
1340 Hours – MVA Over – 9th Ave NW at Stadacona St W – A vehicle struck a fire hydrant due to the road conditions. There was one tow, no tickets issued, and no injuries.
1430 Hours – Fraud – The complainant reported to the police a Bitcoin scam that is occurring via Facebook. The incident was reported for informational purposes.
1635 Hours – MVA Over – 0 block Thatcher Dr E – Two-vehicle accident, no injuries, and one tow.
1649 Hours – Hit & Run – The complainant’s vehicle was struck while parked. The incident is under investigation.
1736 Hours – Parking Bylaw – It was reported to the police that two vehicles have been parked on the street for several months. Police towed one of the vehicles.
1735 Hours – MVA Over – Coteau St W at 9th Ave SW – Non-reportable accident. Police assisted with the name exchange between both parties.
1841 Hours – Theft Under $5000 – An individual was witnessed stealing multiple items from a business. Police are investigating the incident.
2153 Hours – Hit & Run – The complainant was involved in a hit and run. The offending vehicle drove off. It was a non-reportable accident. Police assisted with the name exchange between both parties.
2307 Hours – Mischief – 900 Ominica St W – The complainant witnessed an individual attempting to break into their vehicle. There were no items missing from the vehicle. The incident is under investigation.
