The investigation into a motor vehicle versus pedestrian incident has concluded.
On November 29, 2023, at just before 12:00 p.m., members of the Moose Jaw Police Service responded to a report of a motor vehicle versus pedestrian collision near the intersection of Main Street North and Ross Street West.
As a result of the incident, the driver of the vehicle has been charged with one count of Failure to Yield to a Pedestrian at a Marked Crosswalk under the Traffic Safety Act.
The 17-year-old male who was struck was taken to hospital, examined, and later released with minor injuries.
