Christopher Musqua
The Moose Jaw Police Service has taken 52-year-old Christopher Musqua into custody.
On Sept. 12, Police received a report that Musqua assaulted one adult female and male at a residence in the downtown area of Moose Jaw.
After a short police investigation, officers were able to obtain a warrant for the assaults.
Musqua was then located and arrested at a residence in the downtown area without incident.
Musqua was charged with Assault x2, Uttering Death Threats, Assault by Choking, and Assault with a Weapon.
He made his first appearance in Moose Jaw Provincial Court on Thursday morning.
