0825 hrs – Unwanted Guest – Subject camping in area in a camper.  Subject moved at request of Police.

 

0935 hrs – MVC – Vehicle incidentally driven into front of building.  Assisted with name exchange.

 

1023 hrs – Mischief – Subject going down street kicking vehicles, description provided.  Vehicle owners provided file number, subject identified, still under investigation to obtain video.

 

1139 hrs – Traffic Safety Act – Plate number and vehicle description obtained of vehicle transporting occupants not secured properly.  Vehicle located and driver warned of the actions as person in control of vehicle.

 

1147 hrs – Breach Court Order – Subject on conditions not to contact complainant.  Still under investigation to obtain statement.

 

1150 hrs – Noise Bylaw – Subject sitting in vehicle blaring music.  Subject warned.

 

1510 hrs – Vehicle Seizure – Vehicle driven by suspended and impoundable driver seized for 30 days.  Driver issued ticket as well.

 

1520 hrs – MVC – Two vehicle collision resulting in 1 tow, 1 ticket, approximately $30,000 damage.

 

1541 hrs – Fraud – Still under investigation.

 

1545 hrs – Found Property –  wallet containing ID located and turned in to Police.  Owner contacted.

 

1608 hrs – Erratic Driving – Plate number and vehicle description obtained for vehicle speeding, cutting other drivers off.  Still under investigation to speak with registered owner.

 

1626 hrs – Assault – Still under investigation to obtain video for charges.

 

1907 hrs – Suspicious Person – Subject located and arrested on outstanding warrants.

 

1957 hrs – Obstruct Police – Police received report of possible impaired driver, plate number and vehicle description provided.  Vehicle located and fled from Police.  Still under investigation to identify suspect from video for charges.

 

2230 hrs – Shoplifting – Subject in store attempting to steal chocolate bars, confronted by staff.  Subject left without chocolate bars, however was spoken to by Police.

 

2340 hrs – Impaired Driving – Routine vehicle stop by Police, driver given ASD demand which resulted in a “Fail” reading.  Subject arrested for impaired operation motor vehicle and exceed .08.  Released to appear in Court at a later date.

0031 hrs – Dispute – Alcohol fueled dispute between two parties.  Mediated and separated for the night by family members.

 

0134 hrs – Possession Stolen Property – Subject found to be in possession of stolen bicycle.  Charged and released for Court at a later date.  Bicycle recovered to be returned to owner.
