MJPS Unveils New Multi-Purpose Classroom

The Moose Jaw Police Service is pleased to have unveiled its newly renovated multi-purpose classroom on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at a Board of Police Commissioners meeting.

The new classroom, which previously held the Community and Strategic Services Unit (CSS), will serve as space to host public Police gatherings, Board of Police Commissioners meetings, Police training, and much more.

It will also serve as a Command Centre when dealing with major emergencies or incidents.

“We have recognized for a long time that we needed a meeting space within our building that is accessible to the community,” says Deputy Chief Rick Johns. “We are happy to unveil this new classroom to the community of Moose Jaw.”
